使用方法：
窝洞预备
按照常规程序制备洞形，MEDENTAL化学固化树脂可以和氢氧化钙、磷酸锌水门汀同时使用。涂抹GRABADOR(酸蚀剂)，酸蚀20妙，用水冲洗干净，吹干。涂抹CATALIZADOR和BASE(粘结剂)
混合和调拌充填材料
1．
用一次性的匙状塑料调拌刀，从CATALYST的广口瓶里取出一些材料，体积要微少于被充填的窝洞的体积，将取出的材料放在调拌纸上。
2．
用调拌刀从BASE的广口瓶中取出一些与CATALYST等量的材料，放在同一张调和纸上。
3．
用调拌刀混合这两种材料，调拌大约20秒的时间，确保两种材料充分混合。
4．
准备填入已备好的窝洞。
充填
1．
将混合好的充填材料填入干燥的预备好的窝洞内。MEDENTAL化学固化树脂充填材料从混合到开始变硬的时间为2分钟，所以将树脂充填到窝洞的时间是1分40秒。
2．
修整外形，操作时间为2分钟，因为2分钟后树脂会达到较强的硬度。
3．
再有2分钟的时间树脂会完全变硬，完全变硬后对树脂表面进行打磨和抛光。

GENERAL COMMENTS
MEDENTAL COMPOSITE FILLING MATERIAL IS A
RESIN-BONDED CEYSTALLINE SILICON DIOXIDE COMPOSITE.
MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Using the rounded end of the disposable plastic
spatula.remove from the jar of Catalyst and amount of paste
slightly less than the volume of the cavity to be
filled.Transfer this paste to the top sheet of the mixing
pad.Replace cap on jar.
2.
Using the flat squared end of the disposable
plastic spatula,remove from the jar of BASE AND AMOUNT OF
PASTE APPROXIMATELY EQUAL TO THE CATALYST PASTE TAKEN.TRANSFER
THIS PASTE TO THE SAME SHEET OF THE MIXING PAD ALONGSIDE THE
CATALYST PASTE ALREADY THERE.Replace cap on jar.
3.
Using the flat squared end of the disposable
plastic spatula,mix the two pastes for about 20 seconds using
1 to 2 strokes per second.The objective is to make the mixture
as homogeneous as possible during this time.The MEDENTAL
COMPOSITE filling material is now ready to insert in the
cavity.
MIXING PRECAUTIONS
l
Keep MEDENTAL COMPOSITE filling material jars
covered when not in use.
l
Remove only the amount of paste needed.Never
return either MEDENTAL COMPOSITE filling material paste to its
jar.
l
Always use both ends of the spatula as described
in “Mixing Instructions”
l
Be certain to avoid cross-contamination of the
pastes.The presence of either paste in the other will result
in hardening of the paste in the jars.
l
Never use a disposable spatula a second time.A
used spatula could be a source of cintamination.
l
Do not use a metal spatula for mixing MEDENTAL
COMPOSITE filling material.
PLACEMENT
Insert the mixing MEDENTAL COMPOSITE filling
material into the dried,prepared cavity using a non-metallic
instrument designed for this purpose.Use a slight excess and
apply matrix band.A mylar band is to be preferred MEDENTAL
COMPOSITE filling material will begin to harden about 2
minutes from the beginning of the mixing time which will allow
about 1 minute 40 seconds for placement.The MEDENTAL COMPOSITE
filling material will set during the next 2 minutes and should
not be disturbed during this period.Another 2 mintutes will
complete the hardening time when the matrix band may be
removed and the surface of the filling finshed and
polished.See schematic”clock”.
FINSHING
At the end of six mintutes from beginning of
mixing MEDENTAL COMPOSITE filling material,remove feather
flash with a sharp instrument.Finish if necessary using a
diamond or carborundum stone or carbide bur Various polishing
materials are available.
